CEA Industries turned itself from a Colorado builder of climate-control systems for indoor agriculture into a BNB treasury vehicle. A 2025 private placement of about half a billion dollars, anchored by 10X Capital with YZi Labs involvement, funded large-scale accumulation of BNB, and the company adopted the matching ticker BNC on Nasdaq. The share price now moves as a proxy for the BNB stake plus whatever premium the market pays for equity-wrapped crypto exposure, a structure echoing the bitcoin and ether treasury companies that preceded it. The legacy controlled-environment equipment business continues at small scale. For traders the appeal is simple: regulated-market exposure to BNB without holding the token, with the usual treasury-company risk that the premium can evaporate faster than the coin falls.
