About Saturn Dollar

Saturn Credit splits its dollar into two pieces, and USDat is the plain half. It is the non-yielding settlement token of the protocol, pegged one-to-one with USDC and backed by tokenized US Treasury bills held through M0's M tokens, meant for payments, collateral and moving dollars around rather than earning. The interest lives next door, in a staked version whose collateral is swapped into exposure to Strategy's STRC instrument, the Bitcoin-linked digital-credit note associated with Michael Saylor's company. Minting and redeeming USDat directly is a permissioned affair: both the sending and receiving wallet addresses must be whitelisted through Saturn's onboarding, so ordinary users generally obtain it on the market. Issued by a UK-registered entity that states no financial-services license, Saturn launched in early 2026 and drew backing from the Spartan Group, Anchorage Digital and Susquehanna's crypto arm.
