Structured as a closed-end fund rather than an operating company, RoboStrategy invests in the robotics and embodied-artificial-intelligence theme. It builds a concentrated portfolio, typically 20 to 30 positions, in equity and equity-linked securities of companies working on robots and physical AI, keeping at least 80% of assets in the theme and mostly in U.S.-based firms. Because it is a closed-end fund, it can hold both public and private names, giving buyers exposure to startups they usually could not reach directly. That access is the draw, and also the risk: private positions are hard to value and to sell, and a high-conviction book of twenty-odd holdings concentrates its bets. Registered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the fund was formed in 2025 to package a single, focused wager on machines that act in the physical world. Its returns depend on the managers' stock picks, not an index.
