About SPDR Bloomberg 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF

Parking cash without leaving the brokerage account is what BIL is for. The fund holds a ladder of US Treasury bills maturing in one to three months, about as safe and short as fixed income gets, and rolls them as they expire. Because the bills are so short-dated, the price barely moves and the return tracks whatever the Federal Reserve is paying on short-term money, which made the fund popular once rates climbed off zero. It follows a Bloomberg index of the shortest Treasury bills and is run by State Street's SPDR unit, which listed it in 2007. Institutions and individuals treat it as a cash equivalent, a place to hold dry powder, collect a government-backed yield and stay liquid. It will never build wealth, but it also carries almost no credit or duration risk.

On MyRWA, BIL trades tokenized across 1 on-chain venue - see the listings below.
