About DAX 40

Germany's benchmark stock index, the DAX, gets a US-listed wrapper here from Global X. The fund holds the shares in the index, which collects the 40 largest and most heavily traded companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and weights them by market value. The roster reads like a list of German industrial and financial heavyweights: SAP, Siemens, Allianz, and the carmakers and chemical giants that anchor Europe's biggest economy. Buying DAX lets a dollar-based investor own that concentrated group without opening a foreign brokerage account or trading in euros, though the currency exposure remains. It suits someone who wants a direct, single-country bet on German large caps rather than a diluted pan-European basket. The fund started trading in 2014 and carries a 0.20% expense ratio, low for a single-country international product.

On MyRWA, DAX trades tokenized across 2 on-chain venues - see the listings below.
