Hyperliquid Strategies

Born from a December 2025 merger, Hyperliquid Strategies exists to do one thing: accumulate and hold HYPE, the native token of the Hyperliquid trading protocol. The company was assembled through an $888 million business combination that folded together a former biotech shell, a Paradigm-linked SPAC, and a vehicle from Atlas Merchant Capital, the firm run by former Barclays chief Bob Diamond, who chairs it. It is essentially a listed wrapper on a single crypto asset: the treasury holds tens of millions of HYPE tokens plus a cash cushion and, unusually for the category, carries no debt. That gives public-market investors a way to own HYPE exposure through an ordinary brokerage account. The trade-offs are stark, since the share price is tied almost entirely to one volatile token and to whether the stock trades at a premium or discount to the coins it holds.
