About Royal Dollar
Royal Dollar is one token in a wider family. RIB Digital Holdings, a Hong Kong company, issues RUSD alongside a euro token, a gold token and a silver token under its RCOINS brand, each meant to hold a fixed value through reserve backing. RUSD targets one US dollar and, by the issuer's account, runs a conservative over-collateralization rule that caps circulating supply below the value of verified reserves. Direct minting and redemption at par sit with approved counterparties rather than the general public; ordinary holders trade the token on the secondary market across Ethereum, BNB Chain and Tron. The issuer claims a Labuan investment-bank standing and an EU registration, though those credentials are self-reported and not independently confirmed here, so a buyer is trusting RIB's own proof-of-reserve disclosures rather than a well-known regulator's oversight.
