About Forte AUD
Forte AUD is another contender in Australia's crowded field of local-currency stablecoins, backed one-for-one by Australian dollars held with regulated institutions. Issued by Forte Securities under an ASIC financial services licence, it publishes monthly reserve attestations, with reserves reviewed by a Melbourne accounting firm and its smart contracts audited separately. Redemption at par runs primarily through the issuer's approved channels rather than being open to every retail wallet, so most holders acquire and exit AUDF on the secondary market and through supporting exchanges and DEX liquidity pools. It remains a small coin by supply, deployed on Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon and Base. Its case rests less on scale than on transparency and compliance, offering a digital form of the Australian dollar for payments, trading pairs and onchain settlement in a market where no single AUD token has yet pulled clearly ahead.
