Until 2025 the company traded as SRM Entertainment, a maker of toys and merchandise for theme parks. It kept that small manufacturing subsidiary but reinvented itself as Tron Inc., a corporate treasury vehicle for TRX, the token of the Tron blockchain founded by Justin Sun. Backed by a nine-figure private investment, it began buying and staking TRX and now sits among the largest public holders of the token, earning yield by staking through the Tron lending market. Sun serves as an adviser. Owning the stock is essentially a bet on TRX: the share price tracks the value of the treasury far more than the legacy toy operation. That makes it a speculative crypto proxy, closer in spirit to a bitcoin-treasury company than to a conventional consumer business.
