About Worldwide USD
WUSD is the digital dollar of WSPN, a payments-focused issuer that markets stablecoin rails to enterprises rather than to retail directly. The token is backed fully by cash and cash-equivalent assets such as short-term Treasury bills, held with licensed custodians and separated from the company's operating funds, with third-party attestations of the reserve. WSPN has registered as a money services business in the United States and applied for a virtual-asset license in the British Virgin Islands. Par redemption runs through approved institutional partners, so ordinary users generally acquire and exit WUSD on the secondary market rather than dealing with the issuer directly. The token circulates on Ethereum and Polygon in this batch, part of a network WSPN has extended to further chains, and the company has pushed a white-label model letting other businesses launch their own branded stablecoins on the same infrastructure.
