Renting artificial-intelligence computing power is WhiteFiber's whole business, spun out of Bit Digital in a 2025 IPO. The company builds and operates high-performance data centers and leases access to racks of Nvidia GPUs, the H200, B200 and GB200 chips that AI developers use to train and run models. Two revenue lines sit side by side: a GPU cloud that customers rent by contract, and colocation space in purpose-built facilities with the dense power and liquid cooling that AI hardware demands. Its former parent came out of bitcoin mining, and WhiteFiber represents the pivot toward AI infrastructure that many miners have chased. The model is capital-hungry, since GPUs and buildings cost heavily up front, and the payoff depends on keeping that expensive hardware leased and full.
