About Falcon USD

Falcon Finance takes a catch-all approach to backing a dollar: rather than one reserve asset, USDf can be minted against a broad menu of collateral, from stablecoins and Bitcoin to altcoins and tokenized real-world assets, all held in over-collateralized excess of the tokens issued. That universal-collateral model has pushed supply into the billions across BSC and Ethereum. USDf is the base unit and pays nothing on its own; holders who want yield stake it into a separate token that earns from the protocol's trading strategies. Redemption is open to individuals rather than institutions alone, but it is gated: minting and redeeming at par require full KYC and wallet whitelisting, even though simply holding or staking does not. The issuer, Falcon Digital, is a British Virgin Islands company running the protocol outside any dedicated stablecoin license.
